Creating your account

Welcome to AutoHive! This guide will walk you through creating your account and accessing your workshop for the first time.

Before You Begin #

To create an AutoHive account, you’ll need:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Your workshop or business name

Creating an Account #

1. Navigate to the AutoHive sign-up page.
2. Enter your name, email address, and password.
3. Read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Click Create Account.

A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Verify Your Email Address #

To activate your account:

1. Open the verification email from AutoHive.
2. Click the Verify Email Address button.
3. You will be redirected to AutoHive and your account will be activated.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Ensure the email address was entered correctly.
• Request a new verification email from the login page.

Set Up Your Workshop #

After verifying your email, you’ll be prompted to create your workshop.

Enter the following information:

• Workshop name
• Phone number
• Business address
• Time zone
• Currency

This information can be changed later from the Settings area.

Sign In #

Once your account has been created:

1. Go to the AutoHive login page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click Sign In.

You will be taken to your AutoHive dashboard.

What’s Next? #

Now that your account is ready, we recommend completing the following setup steps:

1. Configure your workshop profile.
2. Add your first customer.
3. Add your first vehicle.
4. Create your first job card.
5. Invite additional staff members.

Troubleshooting #

I didn’t receive the verification email #

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email cannot be found, request a new verification email from the login page.

I forgot my password #

Select Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

My verification link has expired #

Request a new verification email and use the latest link provided.

Can I change my workshop details later? #

Yes. Workshop details can be updated at any time from Settings > Workshop Profile.
